Once we have received the returned item, we will then inspect the item and we can see that it is still in its original condition we will process your return. Please be mindful prior to sending an item back that if it is not it it's original condition we will not be able to process a refund.
Please allow 2-5 business days for all refunds. The refund WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS. PLEASE NOTE: All customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs (unless reasons for return is due to faulty/damaged product). ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
All sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We recommend that your return parcel is sent with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back. We DO NOT take any responsibility for lost items in transit.

We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges due to the possibility of our products selling out. To guarantee that you receive your desired item/size/colour, please place a new order for this item and complete the return process to return the original item.
